My BMR is 1603.75 (average of several calculators), ie an average of only lives and breathes 1603.75 I am burning calories a day for my age, height and weight. I'm also eating a diet between 1200-1300 calories a day. I core Hard exercise burns calories between 1422-1845 day.I drink plenty of water and consume vitamins to my daily diet as prescribed in the morning and evening. I want to lose weight. I do not I am obese, however, I'm on the edge of overweight for my height. I was wondering if anyone knows if what I'm doing is healthy or not. How much weight will I lose in a this week? Is it too much? Please, I am looking for information not insults. If I find that it is not certain, of course, fall and fix it. Thanks!
