Prenatal Vitamin Question and a couple other questions?
Are over the counter brands just as effective as what would be prescribed? If your taking an over the counter brand which one do you think is best? Also is there something else that one should be doing daily in addition to good nutrition to help ensure a healthy baby.
I understand these are questions for a doctor, but I am also wanting the opinion of those who have been through this before and are very experienced. Also, is it okay to drink black tea or not while pregnant?

I bought no-name Wal-Mart brand prenatal vitamins. I looked at the ingredients of the expensive ones and the no-name brand had the same things. Over the counter vitamins are fine to take. I also know any caffeine is okay when in moderation. I may have a tea or some hot chocolate twice a week. Good Luck
