I am so confused about what to eat in my diet??

im on a diet and i was reading some articles and it was said that an average male like me should eat around 65 grams of fat and 2100 calories….is that true??? and i read mcdonlads nutrition facts that if i eat a cheeseburger every meal then i would be having less then needed…which proves that mcdonalds really isnt bad for you?? what is the truth..i only have about 5 grams of fat and 400 calories per meal..which is more than enough for me…IM SO CONFUSED

yes it is but its saturated fat u have to look at. It is the one that causes you to put on weight. McDees burgers may be under the fat intake but possibly go way over the saturated fat intake. For men the recommended amount is 30g of sturated fat a day and 20g for women. But if you are wanting to lose weight you need to cut your saturated fat right down.
