Find a magazine or newspaper article published popular in the last year writing on a specific aspect of cell biology or physiology. Possible topics may include but are not limited to one of the following: a. Resistance to antibiotics b. Viral cause of cancer c. Nutrition (including vitamins, minerals, supplements and diet) d. Diseases (cancer, heart disease, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, etc.) e. The toxic effects of environmental contaminants such as insecticides, lead, herbicides, polyvinyl chloride, MTBE, radiation electromagnetic) f. Birth defects caused by the environment g. Increased pollution in the incidence of cancers caused by environmental h. environmental contaminants Contaminants (such as kangaroo meat in the burger) i. Development of new vaccines Has anyone seen an article or have any idea how to find one? Thanks!
I am your teacher and this is not a Group! Just kidding …. I'm trying to figure out why (h.), kangaroo the burger is considered a food contaminant, because it is not. However, there are plenty of things online. Try this website: http://www.livescience.com/ I looked at antibiotic resistance, and there is plenty of information there! However, you must choose a topic that interests you, or look for something that really do not know nothing.
