Gym question for the dietitian ….?
What are the daily needs of human nutrition for weight loss conducive to gram? In other words, the amount of protein, vitamins, amino acids and vegetable will I need to meet the minimum requirements to keep my body full energy and stable. If u did not read my last question my work outs will be 3 to 4 times a day that includes cardio and weight training with heavy light Sunday as a day off. this is for the military for what your body is not about results, but the results of resistance.
Do not worry about it … only control your calorie intake and burn more calories than you take in. .. losing weight is as simple as that. good luck
