Does this sound well-rounded and substantial for graduation and getting into top ranking universities?
Listen, high school classes aren’t nearly as important as the GPA you get. While AP classes show that you push yourself, getting low grades in them (because they are more difficult) won’t help you much. Private universities are more concerned with your ability to pay their ridiculous tuition (first hand experience) than what specific classes you took in high school. If you are not planning on taking a junior college line first, and going straight to a university, it won’t matter. You would have to check with the specific university to see if they grant credit toward specific high school classes such as calculus. Otherwise you will end up having to take all the General Education track courses regardless of what you took in high school. Keep your GPA up; it’s the most important aspect of getting into a ranking university.
