If I am teaching a class on nutrition and the meat group and my way of evaluating them is the following: Activity Assessment: The teacher will provide food magazines for all students. It will ask the students to cut pictures of different meat products are. Students need a total of 10 images. Once you have them, they label a piece of construction paper: The Group Meat and create a collage. The teacher will deal with collages and check for understanding. but I was told that: describe how the teacher evaluated over the STUDENTS …. NOT ONLY check for understanding, what do you think I should add to this?
The information given did not say anything about the activity itself. The information was to describe further evaluation. Does not even say you need to change the assessment. So I would not change their activity as suggested in another answer. You may want to say what will be evaluated. The evaluation should reflect its purpose. On the basis of their business I guess their goal is that students will be able to identify foods in the meat group. Therefore, his assessment might be to assess the amount of pictures of food in the flesh students selected group of 10 (instead of the milk group or something).
