Do you know of a calorie free?
website that the total calories and nutritional information for all foods combined how? I know of websites that offer nutritional information of food at once, but I wonder if there is any website where you can enter all the food they eat for a day and get out of my calories, fats, proteins, etc.
http://calorie-count.com This will combine all your meals you ate one day as you add. He says the amount of fat, protein, carbohydrates you ate. Registration exercise will be too. Even discuss what you ate and grade on it.
