Free Nutrition Tracking

Is this normal…like it doesnt happen for every meal but it happens frequent enough..from just a snack in the morning to eating an entire meal during dinner
I never use to eat a lot and stayed in pretty good shape(i ran track all through highschool) but I just recently entered my first year of college and my diets been changing a lot..im constantly eating(freshman 15, obviously), been under stress so I haven’t had time to work out and just take naps whenever i have free time so i think i’ve been putting on couple pounds but yeah back to my initial problem..could this be all due to the fact that my diets been all screwed up cause this rarely ever happened in the past.
Im also wondering does this mean i have a fast metabolism? and am i even getting the nutrition provided by the food i eat or does it jsut goes down away with my waste???
I also use to drink a glass of milk everyday but i dont do that anymore, in general ive been eating less healtier
