Can anyone suggest a good web site , book or just good advice on suggested calorie, fat,carb protien intake that would assist me in losing body fat. I am 5 10 190lbs 44 years old .I began working out at the first of year.(free weights and cardio 45-60 minutes every other day). I am seeking to lose body fat ,tone muscle, gain energy.
The GI Diet by Rick Gallop is great. I personally recommend it. I started on it on 1st July last year and have lost 5 stone (70lbs) in the 6 months since.
Its a good healthy diet and easy to use.
