Or bad for you in general? Like I’m talking about nutrition / vitamin / protein bars, the ones usually in the section with medication at the drug store?
I buy them on my breaks at work..I only get 15 min at lunch time. What about like fruit to go bars or something?
My motherr got all peeved that i survive off of nutrition bars and said that I probably have the liver of a 70 year old man…
no there not thats why there called nutrition, they are jam packed with vitamins to hlp out your body not to wreck it.
