does anybody know of a way to cleanse the body of toxins. i hve a complete body cleanse from gnc.dont like it.

i bought a complete body cleanser from gnc but it makes my liver and kidneys hurt, mainly pills and fiber powder thats hard to digest…any home remedies avaliable? safe and easy

If you’re constipated try more fiber in the diet and drinking more water. Failing that, try an over the counter laxative.

If you’re NOT constipated, then you don’t have a ‘toxin’ problem, at least not one that any of these schemes and patent medicines can handle.
