To apple-shaped women or nutrition/fitness experts only: how did you lose your belly fat?
It’s my one major problem area b/c I work 10-12 hour days (primarily at the computer) and my stress levels are high. I know about the cortisol connection and i’ve done research…but hearing it right from the horse’s mouth is much more convincing. If you are an apple-shaped woman who has experienced losing your belly’s inches, please share what you did (the more detail the better if you have time please).
Experts- I would appreciate your advice and input and experiences of your clients if possible.

Hi, great question. I have heard and seen your story many of times from my clients, and close friends and family members. Sitting for long periods of time at a desk definitely is not a help to anyone. It promotes muscle loss, and a habit of bad snacking. For best way to get a jump start and to begin to see the fat melt from you mid section I recommend doing a “whole body cleanse”( which is not a colon cleanse).
