The site should be able to calculate at least in my use of calorie consumption and calorie intake recommended. If the site can provide guidance or training plans that would be an advantage but is not required. Most websites I've found seem to promote the diet and fitness for WOMEN. I'm not really interested in setting goals severe weight loss or "thinning". I need something to tell me where I am and where I have to be with any suggestions about good health. Now use U.S. government mypyramid.gov which is fine, but a little too basic. Any ideas? Thank you.

As a personal trainer who recommended FitDay.com my clients. I really like the advanced calculation functions and tools to track foods that you eat regularly and new topics. The website also allows you to enter the nutritional information on food are not in your database data. You can also creat a variety of graphical analysis of the diet. Nutritioning happy!
