I need a health & fitness curriculum for an adult small group I want to start at my church.?

I want to start a health accountability small group and i need a good curriculum. I would like the group to focus on taking control of eating, weight issues and insecurities by allowing God to work through those areas. I want to incorporate some kind of activity before or after a teaching time, and allow the members to share as well.
