So, it’s the new year. I’m back on the wagon after gaining about 5 pounds since the fall (been through a lot health-wise).
I want to lose 15. I’ve figured out that with my body type, resting metabolic rate and fitness routine that I should get about 2200 calories per day, but I want to create a calorie deficit (even though I am still working out!) and trying to use 1900 as a guideline.
Problem is … I’M HUNGRY all the time and it’s making me cranky!! I’ve tried cleaning, paying bills, writing … anyone go through this and have some tips?? Thanks.
Oh, and I am back to chewing a bunch of gum …
Go to Weightwatchers.com – you can join the discussion boards for free and get some great ideas. I think snacking throughout the day is the best thing to do, as long as you choose healthy snacks like fruit (whole fruit plus sliced fruit you can eat with a fork) and veggies like baby carrots. If you must have something a little naughtier, try out those 100 calorie packs you can find in the store – they are great!
