Anyone have an Image 9.5 elliptical???
I bought this elliptical, after a little research I knew this is the one I wanted, BUT, I bought the floor model (probably my mistake there) and the upper body arm that connects to the upright bar (main bar) comes apart after only 5 minutes of work out. It’s very frustrating, I wanted this so bad, and now that I have it, I’m not able to use it. Is it put together wrong? What do I need to do? I’ve contacted Icon Health & Fitness already, and am still waiting for a response.

The arm should not come apart. My guess is that it was put together wrong or they broke the bolt off when they installed it. Do you have an instruction manual? If not I could possible make some scans for you.
