Does florida state college of jacksonville have a health center? does that mean fitness center, and if so where and what are the hours of operation?

Depends in part on which campus – FSC (formally FCCJ) has like 5 of them scattered around the city. I don’t recall an actual health center on any of them offhand, but the South campus (Beach Blvd near 9A) had a sizable sports center which iirc had a fitness center as part of it. It was several years ago when I attended, but at that time I believe the hours were something like 7AM-11PM.
