I think they want to start dieting once a month, but never start. I feel discouraged after healthy food first.

I I tend to buy magazines health and fitness and let them sit in your home. I'll start buying healthy food and a day later, there I am watching TV eating chips and salsa. I can not seem to keep up with it. Does anyone have any advice about how one day want to live healthly at once?

A good way to keep a healthy diet or exercise and stick with it is with a friend. Each of you will be supporting each other and can motivate each other in working toward similar goals or different. If this is not an option for you, then have someone take care of you, for example with a telephone call or something. You can order what you've eaten today and what kind of physical activity you've been doing. Remember, having other people care into something that can be helpful, but make sure you are exercising and diet with someone you feel comfortable. Establishment of similar goals could lead to competition unhealthy, so that personal goals and separately, while using the same methods to reach them. Good luck!
