How often do you exercise to keep fit?

I run my dog at 5.30am each morning and 4.30pm after work each evening 6k’s a day but I get w/ends off – 5 days a week 2x daily.
I also work each day where I am outside and on my feet.
No I don’t use a gym as I get enough exercise. I am working on getting a house gym soon though.
I am 5f8″ around 1.8m tall and weigh 64kgs. My BMI is 19.7
