I really want to do some exercise classes at my leisure centre but how do you go about signing up…i’m scared?

I get really nervous about stuff like this lol, weird i know but it’s just the way i am! I am a member of my local leisure centre and i have this special package where i have paid a set sum and now have unlimited access to the gym, health suite and fitness classes….however, i have yet to try out any of the fitness classes as i’ve been a bit scared to do so. I’d really like to try some aerobics classes though, but how do i actually go about doing this? Do you just go up to the till and say ‘can you sign me up’ or do you just turn up when the class is on?? I’m just so scared about it lol….but i have such a tremendous urge to try some classes out!!!!!
So…what do i do??? Sorry to be such a gormless idiot.

What you have to do is this:
think about all the important things there are in the world to worry about. War, sickness, death, hunger, starvation, depression, disease, etc. There is so much heartbreak and disaster in the world— us lucky people who are healthy and ABLE to go to the gym, shouldn’t worry about such insignificant things such as signing up for a class. Please don’t take this the wrong way; I have problems with worrying too, and I completely understand where you’re coming from. When you look at the “big picture” small worries (like this) are so dumb!!!

So, to answer your question you can just go up to the person and ask how you go about signing up for a class. Easy enough! Good luck!
