Human Nutrition Study Guide
Posted in Health and Nutrition on 12/09/2008 07:47 pm by Steven Nerenbergdoes this make sense….? help me please !?
i need a guiding question for a school food studies project… does this question make sense? and is it like related enough to nutrition do you reckon?
“are genetically modified foods beneficial to the nutritional component of human health?”
thank you:)
how about this one:
Are genetically modified foods suitable for human consumption?
what do you think…
Your guiding question should be “Are genetically modified foods harmful to human health?” It would be possible for them to be ‘nutritionally’ beneficial (as compared with starvation) but harmful in many other ways, including allergies, diseases, effects on other animals and plants (such as the wholesale disappearance of bees), and other environmental consequences. For an article listing fifty ways in which genetically engineered plants are harmful, see http://www.raw-wisdom.com/50harmful.
