Colon cleanse while breastfeeding?
Is it ok to take colon cleanse pills while breastfeeding. I have always had a very hard time going to the bathroom and I usually take colon cleanse pills but I am now breastfeeding and wondering if it will affect her tummy if i take these pills.
You can clean your colons even if you do not take any pills or medication. Go the natural way! All you need to do is eat foods rich in fiber and take plenty of liquids.
