Acai Berry is good to use for a liver cleanse?
I've been partying and drinking a lot this summer and recently cut a little alcohol. I want to do fasting / liver cleanse and I heard that the acai berry is a good antioxidant. Is it safe to use acai berry while you are fasting? Does anyone have any recommendation of fasting / clean? I'm not interested in losing weight – I'm in a healthy BMI range. I'm using the acai berry antioxidants purposes only is. Furthermore, it is necessary to know how unsafe or yuck fasting drinking is, or how irresponsible and in ruins, is drinking heavily for a few months and then starve her body rid itself of toxins is. I know, right?
The fast of a spiritual or physical reason is always a good idea if you feel you need. Acai no can complement you want to rely solely on a complete fast (ie eating at all, or just liquid).
