Liver Cleansing Foods Herbs

I’ve been suffering from severe acne, both acne scars and actual bumps (cysts or whitehead). I’ve been told 2 things, it’s Internal and External. Externally, I wear heavy foundation 8 to 10 hours a day to cover my acne, which clogs my skin and causes acne. Internally, it’s either what i eat regularly, lack of certain vitamins or neutrient. I’ve read it could be toxins in my blood, poor liver or i need a colonic. Can any herbalist out there recommend an herbs i could be taking? I started taking Burdock ticture, milk thrist tea, cleansing Tea. I avoid eating processed food. I really need some input from a herbalist, please help! (BTW, I always get a clean bill of health from my doc’s during my yearly check up)
you should try chlorophyll. its a liver and blood cleanser and whenever I break out, I just take a tablespoon of it (mixed ith water), and my skin will clear up in no time. and try switiching to mineral makeup. (afterglowcosmetics.com)
