Experience with Body Cleanses?

I really want to do a body cleanse soon of the liver and colon. Or maybe a full body cleanse (?) I was wondering if any of you had any experience with this and how it affected you. Im 13, if thats any object, and I might want to use this kit called Quick Cleanse and its a 7 day cleanse. Ive heard of 9 and 30 day ones, and which do you think is best for me? Please, all the information you have. Is it going to make me go to the bathroom like every 2 or 3 hours and will I be able to carry on with my regular life other than like eating habits and stuff? I really appreciate it!
