Information on vinegar, lemon & lime juice, honey, maple syrup?

Okay so much is going on now-a-days with Bragg’s vinegar, lemon, lime juice, unfiltered raw natural honey, and maple syrup? How are all of these suppose to support the body? Does anyone have any suggestions on these remedies that are suppose to clean the gallbladder, liver, the body etc.? I’m just trying to see if any of you have done these cleanses & what were your results? Were you happy? Do you still conduct the cleanses periodically? Thanks in advance!

These are all great whole food products. You can attain recipes that mix them in various ways.
