What steps do I need to take for a healthy liver? Natural remedies only, please…?

I am taking MSM capsules, and Milk Thistle capsules. I am not on any medication. I drink water, excercise, and eat VERY healthy (organic). Yet I still have a major problem with acne. I’m told this is because I have toxins in my liver. I have done full-body cleanses before. What the heck else should I do? I HAAAAAAAAATE acne. I’m 28 years old and have been dealing with it since I’m 12. Thanks for any ideas!
I don’t drink or smoke. I don’t eat processed foods. I eat VERY healthy.

I’m not sure if it applies in your case, but used to have a huge problem with acne. When I stopped eating sugar, it went away completely.
