Can I take ashwagandha with l-theanine and feverfew?
I was wondering can anyone tell me if :Can I take ashwagandha with l-theanine and feverfew? plus a liver cleanse? I am wondering of it is safe to combine these? I am taking the l-theanine for anxiety.etc and the ashwagandha I got for stress (haven’t taken it yet), the feverfew for migraines (haven’t taken it yet either) ..and the liver cleanse is because my enzymes were slightly elevated (haven’t taken it yet)…just got these yesterday..what has been YOUR experience with these?…any help is appreciated.. Thank you in advance!

The L-Theanine goes great with Ashwaghanda. I highly recommend that combination. I have no experience taking it in combination with Feverfew. My advice is to test the waters. If you want to combine them try a third of a dose, then increase it, instead of trying it full strength to begin with.

Have you been diagnosed with Migraines? Its good to rule out cluster headaches and tension headaches so you know how to treat it.

As far as the cleanse, I would recommend not taking any supplements while cleansing…..the idea is to flush your system out, not overload your liver with more stuff to process. You should also consider doing a juice fast along with the cleansing herbs, and maybe go to a sauna or sweat lodge to help sweat the toxins out.
