Sluggish liver, foods that help Clense it.?
So I have a horrible acne problem and only seems to be getting worse! anything to my dermatologist gives me help, even birth control has only made matters worse. I can not use any of my clothes and just feel the need to hide … Not I have the desire to present to school either. So with all this extra time on my hands I have done some research and realized that there was a lot of symptoms a sluggish liver, acne is one of them. So now I'm trying everything possible to eat well and healthy. No more fast food and chocolate for me. I've been drinking hot tea, iced tea and cranberry / pomegranate juice on a daily basis, because I heard it's a good liver cleanser. The most I'm interested in is a list of foods high cleaning effect of the liver. I want to change my whole diet around just so you might be a normal teenager.
I highly recommend ways to eat low carbohydrates to balance hormones and bring the body into a state of optimal health.
