Ras liver in the UK?

I was recently diagnosed with a large amount of gallbladderstones. And my doctor suggested that I remove the gallbladder bladder. I've been searching online for alternative ways to address the problem without surgery. I've noticed through my research that there several different methods of doing something called a liver cleanse that could cure the problem with my gallstones. But I am naturally very concerned to do this on my own. I prefer to do so under the supervision of someone who really knows what he / she is doing.
