Liver Cleansing Water Fast
Posted in Health and Nutrition on 03/28/2011 02:21 pm by Steven NerenbergIs this is good way to lose weight?
I havent eatin breakfast today, and I’m going to try and go for the whole day with eating anything, hoever I will br drinking lots of green tea and water, and maybe a cup of black coffee. I don’t think I’m fat or anything, this is just sort of a cleanse. Coffee cleanses your liver, green tea is a strong anti-oxident, and water is good for hydration. I havn’t broken my fast (breakfast), so my body will probably be ok right? Or will drinking break the fast?
I never get any cardio exersise, and I’m too self-concious to go out running by myself… I’m scared someone I know will see me and I spend all day at home or at my job.
Nope, you need to eat. At least 1200cal/day. Your body will hold onto unwanted weight otherwise.
