How should I prepare mentally to lose weight?
I have been overweight for most of my life. I am willing to make the commitment to a change lifestyle. I've cut unhealthy foods and I'm only eating when I have hunger. I use to eat all the time without any reason. I ordered a machine athlete. I tried before I bought it. I made sure to choose something that is fun for me. I also subscribe to health magazines. They have helped me with exercise, nutrition, portion size and etc, but I would like to know how to prepare mentally for living in a new body. I do not want to sabotage myself or remain in a "consciousness of fat," because that is what I use. I tried to google … Maybe I need more keywords, but all I have the basics I already know (Change in eating habits, exercise, etc.).
Diet and exercise is not an easy thing to do which can only initiate and maintain the commitment .. First, you must tell yourself that you will help yourself and lose weight … Do not be mean / nasty to yourself and never the same blame for anything … love yourself yourself and be with yourself .. maintain itself in the quest for weight loss … you can do with a little love and attention … former can be start a diet … eat a little less each day .. eat only when hungry and really chew and enjoy ur food .. this way you will eat well and enjoy food while ur .. Once you get your eating habits in place, then start an exercise plan .. do not try to do both things at once .. you just kill you.
