With psychology…………………?

My cousin was born and raised in the US. (she’s half filipina) She’s currently in the Philippines and she’s starting college there. If she gets a masters degree in psychology there- could she work as a therapist when she returns to the US? She either wants to study psychology or nutrition/dietetics in the Philippines. Which is a better choice if she wants to work in the US?

bs psychology.but that is not enough especially if she wants to be in the clinical setting.she has to take her masters degree.
