Stay away from Lite Mayo, Low Fat Mayo, and all that crap. They use High Fructose Corn Syrup instead of natural ingredients. They don’t have to tell you the nutrition facts for HFCS, but they have tell you the nutrition facts of the natural ingredients. That’s why diet foods have less calories posted on the label. Don’t eat synthetic foods! Your body doesn’t know what to do with them!
