Mcdonalds Caramel Frappe Nutrition Info?

I know that a medium has about 550, but does anyone know if you can severely reduce the calories if you asked for it with no whip, nonfat milk, and sugar free caramel syrup(do they even have sugar free caramel syrup? lol). Can anyone give me an estimate on how many calories that might be, or even where I could find the nutrition info, even just with no whip?

I had a cheeseburger today. It was delicious. Btw, Satan beat me up and told me to tell you that the caramel frappes are watching you.
