Mcdonalds Nutrition Fruit Salad

I'm in high school (but "health freak", not assume I'm one of those girls who are afraid to eat more than a tick or every calorie count in my half portion of salad yet), do not drink soda, I do not eat sweet (a square of black chocolate every day at most), which leave most of junk foods (potato chips and french fries in particular), generally avoid fried foods, I always look at the nutritional information as possible, try to eat only whole grain / whole wheat grains, I prefer light, frequent meals in three "normal" meals, I like physical activity of moderate intensity, avoid McDonalds and other fast food during my XC season I make sure to eat more complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, etc. Sometimes I feel almost disgusted when I see other people for lunch and everything looks like it's soda and some junk food. Anyone else – Especially high school – that seemed so obsessed with nutrition and sports as much as I? Just out of curiosity of course:)
