How do I know how many calories are in fast food restaurants?

Places like Subway, Quiznos, Mr. Sub or even junk food restaurants like Mcdonalds, Burger King, and Taco Bell obviously don’t have nutrition labels on them so how will I know how many calories and protein I’m taking in?

Just go up to the counter and ask if you can have the nutrition facts, they should have a little thing that says all the meals on the menu.

For subway, it’s on the side of the cup but you could see if they have a nutrition fact menu. ^__^
