Mcdonalds Nutrition Labels

The Nutrition Facts label is "Calories from fat" as well as total calories or part of it?
So I say a McDonalds Sausage Burrito is 300 calories and 140 fat calories. Is that 300 calories or 300 140 = 440 calories in total?
No. .. the food in question contains a total of 300 calories. Of the 300 calories, 140 of them are fat, calories and 160 from other sources (proteins, carbohydrates carbon). Anything close to 50% of calories from fat is probably avoided in most cases, indeed.
