Drinking water …?

I do not know how best to articulate this issue, but I'll try … I always take the pumpkin low blood sugar without calories as it seems a task to drink tap water. I've recently started to learn more about healthy eating and nutrition, and I am increasingly aware of I've put in my body. water is always highly recommended as 6-8 glasses a day if I drank 6-8 glasses of squash, such as sugar-free Ribena a day that still count? like most of the drink is mostly water with flavor added? I hope this is not too stupid a question, just the fact that people always says "drink lots of water" never mention squash. Sorry, I do not know the American term for the pumpkin if there is one. : –

Water is the best option. But you can taste if necessary. Tea is also good. Again, pure water is the first choice, but others have done. On the other hand, foods high in water fruits and vegetables, add water to your system and help you stay hydrated.
