Can you take something out of his depth report?

I was denied employment because of something I did a couple of years ago. I worked at a nutrition store and having to return items or things that were going to throw. Loss prevention and learned and I have signed an admission of guilt in the file now. My background report says "Match in the shortest NRMA National Theft Database" No charges were filed and the amount was 150. As I've said that says I have an admission signed plea on the record. Is there anything I can do to get this option? You can call my former employer and pay the amount? It was a stupid mistake I did and I just I want to do whatever it takes to get it off. I've been considering joining the Marines and I worry that this prevents me from joining.

is not as you were convicted, you can not get it deleted. is simply a report. who signed the document. his former employer has no say in this matter, which meets National Database theft. not be of much use if the offender could only enter and have their registration changed. in a few years, probably will fall into the report if no return to commit crimes.
