Are Diet Colon Cleanses Safe?

I want to pick out a two-week program to use, to try it out. But I need to know if they’re safe, and effective. I am under 18, which may or may not be important (since colon cleases are supposed to be all-natural.) Advice would be helpful!

They usually contain laxative ingredients and many have a diuretic in them as well.
