Natural Colon Cleansing Fruits

i have tried all kinds of foods full of fiber, and i eat fruit every day. i drink TONS of water. i have even tried adding extra benefiber to many of the foods and drinks. the only thing that might help me go is these colon cleanse pills if i take 2 of them. but sometimes even those dont help me. even though they are all natural pills i dont want to be dependant on them and laxatives i try to avoid because i heard its not good to take them often.
i dont know what else to do i’ve tried everything and usually i dont go to the bathroom for about 4 or 5 days, sometimes it is longer or shorter depending on how much fiber i eat. but i can only eat so much fiber before i get sick and even eating lots of it isnt helping!
my doctor prescribed me laxatives and i realy dont want to be dependent on laxatives
