Does anyone know of any natural healthy colon cleansing products or has anyone ever had experience receiving a colonic? What can I expect? I live in the NY/NJ area and I think I might be interested.
I did Dual Action Cleanse and it was great. It helped with bloating, cleared up my skin a bit and I just generally felt better – more energy and better sleep. I wouldn’t do a colonic, it doesn’t sound nice!
