I'm drinking tons of water, eating fruits, whole grain breads, fiber pills twice a day. I can not think of anything else I can do to be approved pregnancy! I've always been a person who had a laxative once or twice a week for couples to go all modes. I hear there are some natural products colon cleansing can be used when pg, but certainly not want to do anything that harms the pg at all.
