Will this help my workout?
If I want to I can have some of Nestle’s Glytrol (http://www.nestle-nutrition.com/Product.aspx?objectID=3EF57DE9-D065-4991-AA18-18252D2AD175). But I am not sure if this will help my workout. I am trying to lost fat and gain muscle. It seems pretty good as it has about 12g of protein and fat per 250mL, but it also has 25 Carbs, which seems like a lot to me. Does anyone know if this will help, or hinder me. My primary goal is get better definition, and to lose about 20-30 lbs of fat, plus gain whatever I can in muscle. Any help is appreciated.
thats fine.. this product will not hinder you at all.. u are burning it off as you workout… u need some carbs to pump the muscle.. otherwise your muscles can be very flat without adequate carbs..
