Nut Nutrition Walnuts

Do walnuts, pecans, almonds all have the same nutritional value even if the label does not mention it?

So i buy walnuts, pecans, almonds and pistachios at Winco’s Superstore, huge supermarket like Wal-mart size and Target. I buy them raw from their dispensery’s but they do not mention the nutritional value like Omega 3 fatty acids on the dispensery or poly-saturated fats and mono. Are nuts in general have the same nutritional value with all ths nutrition. They do mention other vitamins but not these ….And they are fresh..So just wondering nutrionists or doctors or researchers know this.
Well I know they are nutritional but my question is “IF THE LABEL DOES NOT SPECIFY FOR THE BRAND OR SPECIFIC NUT I AM BUYING IS THE NUT STILL POSSES ALL THE GOOD NUTRITION IF THEY ARE RAW LIKE PO;LY AND MONO SATURADTED FATS AND OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS?

Labeling laws require certain things to be listed & very few products list beyond the bare minimum required. You would think that would be a selling point.

Walnuts, pecans & almonds have different nutritional profiles. Only Walnuts have significant Omega 3 but also have a 80% Omega 6 – which almost negates the Omega 3 balance benefit. I highly recommend ground flax seed, chia seed & cold water fish for Omega 3 & DHA/EPA.

Raw nuts are living and full of the energy of life and should be capable of building a tree. Roasted nuts are dead & they may still provide some nutrients, but none can compare to the nutrients and enzymes from a live food.

Unfortunately, raw does not necessarily mean living.

For example – Commercially sold almonds are now required to be pasteurized turning a live food into a dead one. You can not sprout an almond that has been irradiated. I buy my almonds direct from growers off ebay.

April 6, 2007 – Small-scale farmers, retailers, and consumers are outraged over a new federal regulation that will require all almonds grown in California to be sterilized with various “pasteurization” techniques. The rule, which the USDA quietly developed in response to outbreaks of Salmonella in 2001 and 2004, traced to raw almonds, mandates that all almonds undergo a sterilization process that includes chemical and/or high-temperature treatments.

The only exemption to these new regulations will be … small-scale growers who can sell truly raw almonds but only direct to the public
