How to be hired by the New York Presbyterian Hospital? Need advice?
I have a degree in Food and Nutrition, SUNY and have been trying to get a job at the top hospital in New York. I applied for jobs in excess of requirements, as assistant to the diet, associate patient care, and so on. Most of the requirements is that you need a HS diploma / GED, you can read English and follow simple instructions. I do not know why I have not had any recalls. Does anyone have advice as to what to do? Has anyone been hired by the hospital before or knows someone? If so Can you give some tips or advice on what I can do. Thank you.
My whole family is in the field of medicine and I do not mean everyone is nurses .. my parents are doctors in my mom works in the Presbyterian Church of fact and truth be told, you have to impress .. come at the right time (when they need people) .. or at some point you just get lucky .. turht but actually told you have to know someone .. lol true .. To enter any hospital in New York .. is difficult even in the suburbs of my cousin is an RN and had to wait 3 years before Harlem Hospital finally reached it. My brother is a nurse came the metropolitan area of the application every two days and asking around like a madman bother them like white on rice until after a while, bothered and hired him .. lol after a year, of course, haha really I have to get so good luck! Also my sister got into a hospital Staten Island with the snap of a finger due to her best friend works there ..
