Nutrition And Food Security

Why do people complain about social welfare?
but ignore the fact that in 2005, the U.S. government spends $ 150 billion to corporate subsidies and tax breaks given to corporations, more than $ 145 million paid out annually for the core programs of the welfare state Social Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), financial aid, housing, food and nutrition, and all direct public assistance (excluding security social and medical care)? Capitalism is a "survival of the fittest" mentality. If companies need to "welfare" to survive, is not real capitalism.
Because none of this is constitutional so it can be determined. Amendment 10: "The powers not delegated to the states by the United States Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people. "This means that if you are not specifically listed in the Constitution as a power of government, and not added by amendment, then the government has no power to spend public money on it. Period. James Madison, who became the father of the Constitution states: "I can not commit to put my finger on that article of the Constitution, which grants a right to Congress to spend, on objects of benevolence, the money. their constituents' basic argument is that the welfare – for individuals or corporations – is not an expense Constitutional peoples' money "[The same goes for HUD, HHS, Education, Social Security., FEMA, FDIC, etc, etc] This is the legality of it. Period. Because when government exceed their limits then our rights, freedoms and liberties are in danger.
