is there any difference between red, green or yellow apples in nutrition facts??
like in calories, amounts of sugar??
cause sometimes i feel that the yellow ones are the sweetest while the green ones are the least sweet and more citrus-y..
I know that green ones have more vitamins (vitamin C especially), yellow have more fructose (that is natural ‘fruit’ sugar), and red ones are most various. They can have both characteristics or none. I once heard that although green ones are mostly the worst in taste, they are the best health-wise. Very reach in vitamins and minerals.
But I think, whatever you eat, apples are still one of the best fruits you can for your health.
